Papaya Pulp

Papaya Pulp is a delicious and nutritious fruit product made from carefully selected yellow and red papayas. These papayas undergo several processing stages to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Yellow papaya is a popular fruit in India, particularly in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. In addition to its delicious taste, papaya pulp is also a great source of fiber, potassium, iron, calcium, vitamin A, and vitamin C. Red papaya, on the other hand, is a popular fruit grown in tropical regions all over the world, with India being one of the leading producers. Like its yellow counterpart, red papaya is also rich in nutrients and has a delicious taste. The pulp of red papaya can be used in a variety of foods and beverages, making it a versatile ingredient for chefs and food manufacturers.

The papayas used for pulp are carefully selected and processed in our state-of-the-art fruit processing plant. After harvesting, the papayas undergo strict inspection and only the fully firm selected varieties are sent to our controlled ripening chambers. The ripened papayas are then washed, peeled, blanched, inspected, deseeded, and extracted to obtain the pulp. The pulp is then subjected to processes such as centrifuging, thermal processing, and concentrating to produce a high-quality concentrate. The concentrate is sterilized and aseptically filled into pre-sterilized bags to ensure that it is free from any contaminants. Throughout the entire process, we maintain strict quality standards and our food technologists closely monitor the safety and hygiene at every stage. Our goal is to retain the natural flavor and aroma of the papaya in the final product, making it suitable for a wide range of food applications, including fruit bread, cakes, tarts, muffins, pie-fillings, cereals, fruit bars, milkshakes, yogurts, puddings, toppings, and more
