Located in the heart of the mango belt of Andhra Pradesh, Siddarth Agro’s processing facility in Chittoor is strategically positioned to source the finest quality mangoes for processing. With over 25 acres of space, the facility houses a state-of-the-art tropical fruit puree processing plant. We take pride in our commitment to quality and hygiene standards in all stages of processing, ensuring that our customers receive the best product possible.

Our Technology

The Siddarth Agro processing plant features advanced technology for fruit puree processing and aseptic filling, utilizing a top-of-the-line CFT-ROSSI E CATELLI production line from Italy. With this equipment, the plant has the capability to process and package up to 10 metric tons of ripe fruits per hour, producing only natural fruit pulp. The entire processing line is integrated and controlled by a PLC system, ensuring consistent and reliable results.

  • To ensure better control over monitoring and operations, we use PLC-operated equipment.
  • We have implemented a two-stage fruit-washing process to meet HACCP quality requirements.
  • Our two-stage sterilization process helps retain the natural flavor and aroma of the fruit.
  • Additionally, we use a high-speed advanced monoblock aseptic filling machine from CFT – ROSSI E CATELLI to ensure the highest quality standards for our customers.

Efficient Plant Layout:

Siddarth Agro takes pride in its efficient plant layout which is designed to ensure hygiene and ease of operations. Here are some of the key features:

  • Optimal power and steam transfer with minimal drop.
  • Straight-line process flow design to maintain control and hygiene in respective areas.
  • Special food-grade self-leveling epoxy flooring that ensures optimum hygienic conditions.
  • Curved corners and food-grade epoxy-painted walls that prevent dust accumulation and facilitate easy cleaning.
  • Advanced high-rise insulated roofing with double-layer GI sheeting and air extractors to maintain a consistent temperature inside the plant.

Our entire facility is designed, planned, constructed, and equipped to meet international standards. We use alkali and acid-resistant flooring, SS gratings to cover gutters, and glazed tiles to cover walls up to 7 feet high to ensure the highest level of hygiene and sanitation. Our team’s collective expertise and attention to detail result in the best-in-class quality and processing standard, which fills us with immense pride.

Chittoor district, where Siddarth Agro is located, benefits from a strong horticultural production base and has easy access to major horticultural regions in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. The district is known for its production of mangoes, bananas, papayas, citrus fruits, and tomatoes. Mangoes are the dominant fruit in the area, with Totapuri accounting for nearly 50% of production, Neelam, 25%, and other varieties making up the remaining 25%. The district also boasts one of the highest yields of mangoes per hectare in the region. With such a diverse range of fruits readily available, Siddarth Agro can offer a wide range of high-quality fruit purees to customers worldwide.
